Tickford continues to build on its personalisation options for both Mustang GT and EcoBoost with the release of its wheel and tyre package for the sports coupe.
The package features Tickford 20-inch alloy wheels, Dunlop SP Sport Maxx GT tyres, tyre pressure sensors, locking wheel nuts and is priced at $4490 including fitting and balancing.
The wheels feature a staggered fitment measuring 9.5-inch wide 265/35ZR20 fronts and 11-inch wide 295/30ZR20 rears.
The 10-spoke wheel design, exclusive to Tickford in Australia, features a satin black finish and come fitted with Tickford Logo centre caps.

Tickford’s engineering team developed the package to provide more stability and traction without compromising the vehicle’s on-road compliance, while also enhancing Mustang’s already high visual appeal.
Following the recent launch of powertrain packs for GT and EcoBoost variants, the wheel and tyre package continues Tickford’s drive to provide customers with a variety of options to personalise their new or existing vehicles.
Tickford’s Mustang personalisation packages also follow on from the brand’s successful re-emergence late last year and its well-received modification options for Ranger.
“Tickford’s return has been extremely well-received by fans and owners both here in Australia and overseas and we’ve made great inroads since we started operations in the latter part of last year,” said Marketing Director, Peter Trevaskis.
“Our Ranger personalisation packs are going well. Customer feedback has been very encouraging, we’ve opened our Melbourne and Sydney modification centres and the addition of Mustang packages only adds to our momentum.
“The Tickford 20-inch wheels and Dunlop’s high-performing Sport Maxx tyres are a great visual enhancement to Mustang in addition to the improved on-road feeling they provide.”
Tickford is developing a ride and handling pack for Mustang, which will be joined by body styling and interior comfort and styling options in the coming months.
“At Tickford we are all about providing owners with a level of personalisation which provides them with what they want and with the convenience of having it all done in one location,” said Director Performance Parts, Tony Harris.
“Whether you own a Ranger or Mustang, have one on order or are considering purchasing you can start with a few basic styling options and go as far as a full upgrade which includes every package we offer.
“It’s your vehicle, it’s your choice. That’s the beauty of it. You can make your Ranger or Mustang truly yours and either build up over time or get it all done at once.
“It’s a different model to how people in Australia have historically purchased high-end performance enhanced vehicles.
“Traditionally you had to buy a whole vehicle with all the modifications included, but with Tickford you take the car or truck you already have and then choose what you want from a list of items and make your vehicle your own.”
Tickford is also continuing its support and promotional partnership with Prodrive Racing in the Supercars championship with its branding to appear on the team’s four Ford Supercars across the 2017 season alongside a series of trackside displays at selected events including the Clipsal 500 season opener in Adelaide, March 2-5.
