Sydney’s BRIX Distillers has launched it’s new Core Range and is ready for you to try it! Established in 2017 by three rum loving mates, their rum is hand-crafted through small batch production. They’re proud to say that they use no artificial flavours or colours, just the highest quality ingredients, native or locally sourced wherever possible and the best quality barrels to create the well-rounded & complex flavours of their range of rums.

BRIX AUSTRALIAN RUM MAI TAI
INGREDIENTS
- 60mL BRIX Australian Rum
- 15mL Orange Curacao
- 20mL Lime Juice
- 20mL Pineapple Juice
- 10mL Orgeat
- 5ml Simple Syrup
- Lime, Pineapple wedge, pineapple leaves, Maraschino Cherry for garnishing
METHOD
- Add 45ml Brix Rum and all other ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice
- Shake hard until the shaker becomes ice cold.
- Strain into a rocks glass and fill with crushed ice.
- Float extra 15ml Brix Rum over ice.
- Garnish with lime, pineapple & a maraschino cherry.
BRIX SPICED RUM SPICED & STORMY
INGREDIENTS
- 45mL BRIX Spiced Rum
- 90mL Ginger Beer
- 2-3 Dash Angostura Bitters
- 2 Fresh Lime Wedges
- Lime Wedge for garnish
METHOD
- Add Brix Spiced Rum to a tall glass & top with ice.
- Add Ginger Beer & squeeze in fresh lime wedges.
- Give a gentle stir to combine.
- Float bitters & garnish with lime.
BRIX CANE SPIRIT DAIQUIRI
INGREDIENTS
- 45mL BRIX Cane Spirit
- 30mL Fresh Lime
- 15mL Simple Syrup
- Lime wheel for garnishing
METHOD
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with
ice.
- Shake hard until the shaker becomes ice cold.
- Double strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with fresh or dehydrated lime.
