I remember first trying Cricketers Arms Spearhead Pale Ale in Melbourne ages ago. When I found it in NSW again recently I had to try it again. From memory it was really good, and that was the case again when this time. It’s not as strong in flavour as other Pale Ales, but it’s got enough to it to make it stand out from a normal lager. Got a caramel/malt hint to it which is good. Worth trying if you need a six pack to take to a BBQ.
