To celebrate the launch, an evening of beer-based trivia is planned for one night only, so it’s time to brush up on your beer knowledge.
“Whether you’re a lover of lager, ale, IPA or stout, we’re looking to celebrate the launch of Henrietta x Yulli’s Brews unique beer by putting Sydneysiders’ knowledge to the test for one night only, alongside an unbeerlievable banquet menu. Something a little different to pop our new brew on the map”, says Mark Anderson, Group Bar Manager at ESCA.
With a slew of intoxicating prizes to be won (cases of the Lager of Love and some cold hard cash to fuel your next feed), Henrietta will also sling their brand-new brew for just $2 a tin – that’s pocket change, people! With an epic banquet on offer in between firing answers at the beer trivia master, there has never been a better time to get a taste for the whole Middle Eastern inspired menu. Cleanse the palate with a coldie in between each course, Lager of Love is available exclusively when dining in at Henrietta and fellow ESCA Group venues, Nour and AALIA.
“This beer has been in the works for a little while; the Yulli’s Brews collab felt like an absolute no-brainer. It’s a dream to now have our own crisp lager to complement Sydney’s best charcoal. It’s going to be a favourite on the menu for sure”, states Ibrahim Moubadder, Co-Founder of Henrietta.
With a well-established fan base for their creativity in the craft beer space, Yulli’s Brews iconic list of caricatures have added one more friendly face to the mix – Henrietta. The Lager Of Love is light, dry and unfiltered, with bright citrus on the nose. When quaffed it presents a moreish sumac spice, refreshing pithy lemon, and light malt from Australian barley. With an ABV of 4.2% Henrietta’s Lager is familiar but a tad spicy; the ultimate cleanser best enjoyed with greasy fingers.
