Prancing Pony Pale Ale

I’m not usually one to categorise beers on when you should drink them because of the weather, mainly because I don’t want to miss out on my favourite brew because it’s just clicked over 20 degrees. I will however make an exception for this Prancing Pony Amber Ale. That’s because it’s deliciously warming and tasty, it’s not a sit outside on a hot summer night at a BBQ beer.  It’s a kick back and savour the flavour beer. It’s got a bitter caramel taste to it, as well as being hoppy and almost English style with its bitterness but without the creaminess so many have from the UK. This is a really good Amber Ale and well worth trying, even if you don’t usually like this style of beer – you might be pleasantly surprised.
